Our step-by-step process
Schedule an appointment at any of our shops using our online calendar. You will receive a reminder before your appointment.
We offer a wide variety of cloth, in every color, weight, and pattern, from the best Italian & British mills.
Our robust fitting process helps ensure the fit you are looking for. We take into account standard things like lengths and circumferences, but also technically challenging areas such as posture, shoulder slope, sleeve pitch and more.
Choose many design details, including lapels, pockets, cuffs, buttons, linings and more. You also can control whether full-canvas, half-canvas, or unstructured. Fully-lined, half-lined, no shoulder pad, light padding, or heavy padding. These details dictate the way the suit will look and wear. Don't worry, your Style Consultant will help guide you through this part of the process.
Over the next 4-6 weeks our team orders all of the materials needed for your order and ships them to our tailors in Europe, who then develop your pattern and cut and sew your suit, shirt, or topcoat. It is then shipped to us.
You will be contacted and a 30 minute "final fitting" will be scheduled. This is when you will try on your new clothing and we will assess the fit and make sure everything is just right!
